Breakfast Chef

We are looking for a dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our Food and Beverage department.

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Ensure that a high standard of preparations and presentation is achieved before any dish leaves the kitchen
  • Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Chef and Sous Chefs prepare food, supervise, and take part in the day to day running of the section
  • Delegate to staff in their duties and keep up standards in health, safety, and hygiene
  • Make sure and check that all mis-en-place is up to date and liase with other sections with their mis-en-place and wastage
  • Be flexible in the duties required of you
  • The hours of work will vary and include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods

Salary

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum dependant on experience.
