Main Objective & Job Role
Painting and decorating experience is essential to this role, including experience in tiling and general maintenance.
Experience working in a similar environment and a working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations would also be beneficial.
- Carry out works required to repair, maintain, and improve the buildings and facilities within the designated area of Whittlebury Park
- Take receipt of deliveries and store items or goods safely about maintenance
- Complete short-term maintenance work, responding promptly to emergency repairs affecting guest bedrooms with a common-sense approach to causing minimal disruption to our guests.
- Deal with emergency and breakdown calls responding quickly and efficiently ensuring all security procedures laid down by the Hotel are strictly adhered to
As the successful applicant, you must be able to work unsupervised.
Please note due to the nature of this position you may be required to work irregular hours including late evenings, and weekends.
Salary
£24,307.92 per annum. 40 hours per week.
