Your evening will start on arrival from 4pm where you will have full use of the Spa with our Heat and Ice experience.
As you move through the heat and ice treatments you gradually increase your body’s temperature before stepping into the Ice Cave to stimulate your circulation and senses. This also has the effect of aiding the elimination of toxins and exfoliating your skin.
We have created a suggested bathing plan for you to follow to make the most of your Heat and Ice Experiences.
These experiences will leave your body invigorated and your skin soft, smooth and hydrated.
Whilst here you are also able to have full use of our Leisure club facilities which includes a state of the art gym and 19 metre swimming pool to make sure fitness is both pleasurable and rewarding.
