Your 110 minute ESPA Bespoke massage and facial treatment will quieten your mind, release tension and unveil radiant skin with this holistic, ultimately restorative experience. Personalised to your individual needs, our Espa Experts will carefully select the most suitable full body massage and facial for you, from the below collection.

Using pure aromatherapy blends, advanced massage will alleviate muscular pressure and promote suppleness, leaving the mind and body feeling balanced and renewed. After assessing your skin, lifestyle and wellbeing needs, our ESPA Experts create a truly personalised, results-focused facial using the latest innovative techniques; leaving the skin looking clear, radiant and inner calm blissfully restored.

Your allocated arrival time will be scheduled between 8:30am - 9:30am with an itinerary sent to you via email 48-hours prior to arrival confirming all timings for your day. Pregnancy Advice

The Heat and Ice Experiences are contra-indicated during pregnancy. We advise guests over 16 weeks pregnant to book our mums to be specific package and treatments to ensure you are able to make the most of your visit. Please note if you book an alternative package or treatment this could result in not being able to have part or all of the package or treatment booked due to contra indications.
