The Spa and the Heat & Ice Experience is strictly an adults-only area.
The Leisure Club and swimming pool facilities are open for family use and can accommodate children that are accompanied by a responsible adult.
The Day Spa and Heat and Ice experiences are reserved for the use of adults at all times.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer treatments to persons under the age of 16.
Young adults aged 16-17 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst visiting The Day Spa and may be asked to show photographic identification on arrival.
Yes absolutely! Whilst, some of our Heat and Ice and Leisure facilities are contra indicated during pregnancy there are many facilities that can be enjoyed.
We advise guests over 12 weeks pregnant to book our ‘Maternal Moments’ package. Many of our treatments can be performed during all stages of pregnancy however please note we can only perform massage treatments after the first trimester.
We provide robes and towels to all guests visiting us on a Spa package.
Some packages will have additional inclusions such as slippers.
We encourage you to check your booked package for specific details, however we welcome all guests to bring their own footwear such as slippers, sliders or flip flops.
Don’t forget your swimwear and if you are using the gym please bring suitable clothing and footwear. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are available in the changing rooms.
Preparing for your visitWe have varying weight recommendations with the maximum, recommended weight of 150kg.
This will depend on the package you have booked.
If there are options for you to chose from then it may be possible to change the treatment you initially selected at booking stage.
If there is only one treatment offered in the package this will be treatment you will be booked for.

This is to ensure we can schedule any treatments or food bookings all within your time limitations.
If you would like to add treatments to your Spa experience, we recommend doing this whilst making your initial reservation.
Our therapists will be booked in advance and consequently we cannot guarantee availability on the day should you decide.
Treatment availability on Saturdays is exclusively reserved for package treatments. However, there may be an opportunity to book additional treatments on the day subject to availability.
If you have any treatments included as part of your package, or if you have pre-booked additional treatments, these will be scheduled for you with timings sent to you via email 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Yes, we have robes that cater for many different body types up to XXXXL .
However if you feel more comfortable in your own robe, we welcome guests to bring their own with them if they wish.
We would encourage anyone with an allergy to contact our Spa or reservations team to discuss how we can accommodate.
Please ensure you complete the spa medical questionnaire at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to allow us time to investigate and specific ingredients in our products.
