Duties Include:
- Greeting guests & handling requests
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure the optimum guest experience
- Managing the check in/out process
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Running the night audit/producing bills
- Assisting other departments for room set ups/servicing conference rooms
- Security checks of all 3 buildings/drive around of the grounds/carparks
- Room service for Food & Beverages if required
- Maintaining cleanliness of public areas
About You:
- Be a passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic individual
- Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Using tools and training material provided efficiently
- Competent IT proficiency
Salary:
£11.55 per hour / £27,027 per annum.
Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, working 5 out of 7 days (45 hours per week). This role will involve weekends. Due to the remote location, own transportation is required.
