Culinary Professionals (sous chef, chef de partie, pastry chef, kitchen assistants)

Main Objectives & Job Role

To build a good working team relationship with your colleagues, and assist with the day to day running of the Whittlebury culinary operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, all food quality and safety standards

Main Area of Responsibility

  • To report for shifts punctually as per rota, wearing the correct uniform
  • To adhere to all the company's procedure on health, safety and hygiene
  • Form a good working relationship with your collegues promotiong and sharing of knowleged and best practice
  • To be flexible in the duties required of you, by assisting in another kitchens if requested to by Department Head. To be alive to new ideas and systems which could benefit the department or Whittlebury                                                          
  • To attend any training courses/sessions as requested by the Hotel Management.
  • To comply with industry recommendations, and any recommendations of the Environmental Health Officers

Salary: £20,000 - £28,000.00 per annum
