We are excited to announce that Harold and his friend Robin have now arrived at Whittlebury Park and will be seen doing all the activities that families can do during their stay, including TopTracer, dining, swimming pool, kids’ play area and a new hedgehog map.

Meet Harold the Hedgehog and his friend, Robin

Earlier this year, we launched a competition to create & name a new woodland mascot for Whittlebury Park.

The winner’s submission, from @thelopezfamilyx, was to create a hedgehog called Harold.

Since then, we have been busy behind-the-scenes creating Harold and bringing him into the Whittlebury Park family.

Fun Facts About Harold

Harold has a sweet tooth

Where hedgehogs are lactose intolerant and can’t have sweet dairy treats, Harold is a one-of-a-kind hedgehog, where he is the only one who loves and is allowed cream and jam, especially with Whittlebury Park’s scones.

We have told our in-house pastry chef who has created a special treat. Harold’s scones are now available in our Silverstone Bar and on our Kids Afternoon Tea menu.

Our Pastry team are also working on delicious sweet treats to honour Harold, available at our Silverstone Bar.

A lover of golf

If you don’t catch Harold whilst following our Hedgehog Map or at his little home near our kids’ play aream then you will find Harold playing a few games at our golf course.

Our TopTracer Driving Range, with its game modes and activity options, is his favourite way to unwind and enjoy the Whittlebury Park scenery.

Harold loves it so much that a new TopTracer package dedicated to Harold and tailored to families will be launching soon.

Deanshanger Hedgehog Rescue and Whittlebury Park Paternership

Whittlebury Park is thrilled to announce & celebrate a new partnership with Deanshanger Hedgehog Rescue.

Deanshanger Hedgehog Rescue provides critical care, first aid and rehabilitation to sick, abandoned and injured hedgehogs.

To help build & kit out Deanshanger Hedgehog Rescue’s new Hogspital, we are donating a One Night Family Break at Whittlebury Park to their upcoming raffle.

Tickets are £2 each and funds will go towards helping and caring for even more sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs.

Raffle is monitored, organised and winners are pulled by Deanshanger Hedgehog Rescue. The winner of the One Night Family Break will be contacted by Whittlebury Park. Terms and conditions apply. Prize cannot be used against 3 nights for the price of 2 and the Back to School Recharge Spa Day packages.
