Salary: Starting at £12.21 per hour

At Whittlebury Park, we are looking for hospitality superstars to join our hardworking, dedicated Housekeeping Department. Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award-winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

2 x 30 hours per week role available, hours would be either 8:30 – 15:00 or 9:00 – 15:30, 5 days a week. Must be able to work weekends.

The Role:

As a member of the housekeeping team, you will:

Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all Guest rooms and public areas across our multi-property estate.
Be able to work under your own steam and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Service guest rooms including changing/making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning of bathrooms and replenishment consumable items.
Report and safeguard all lost property items ensuring it is all handed in following the company procedures.
Report any maintenance issues/damage or missing items to your supervisor.

Please note, this list of duties is not exhaustive due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. You may be required to undertake reasonable tasks as requested by management.
