Housekeeping Supervisor

As a housekeeping supervisor, you will

• Be responsible for allocating room attendants work lists each day to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department.
• Conduct daily inspection of all guests’ rooms ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness including scheduling and supervising deep cleaning rotas.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance procedures/ requirements of equipment.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper with ordering supplies, rotas, discussing individual training needs within the department implementing coaching and training.

As the ideal candidate you will have the ability to work under pressure and have a positive, flexible attitude. You will also have a minimum of 2 years experience in hotel housekeeping.
