Fine dining server

As a fine-dining waiter in our Murray’s team, you will:

• Receive full training and support from our seasoned manager and team to develop your skills to the highest standards, benefiting from professional wine training sessions that enhance your knowledge and expertise.
• Immerse yourself in the art of fine dining, learning about our carefully sourced produce, the culinary techniques of our chef, and the stories behind our exquisite wine selections.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and team in providing impeccable personal and professional service.
• Use your product knowledge to make personalised recommendations, ensuring unforgettable dining experiences for our guests, and join us in taking our guests on a unique culinary adventure that only Murrays can offer.
• Have a strong knowledge of all food and beverage offerings across the site, confidently assisting guests and enhancing their overall experience.

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, seamlessly transitioning between different settings such as restaurants, bars, weddings, and banqueting.

This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.

The hours of work will vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
