Our Refer a Friend rewards are back for a limited time
From 16th June 2025, members who refer a friend, family member, or work colleague to join The Leisure Club through the below ‘Refer a friend’ form will be entitled to either 2 or 5 Spa and Leisure Guest Passes once they have changed us.
When you are ready to confirm their details, please complete the ‘Refer a friend’ form below. Once submitted, the Membership Team will contact the referee on your behalf and discuss appointment availability.
Should an existing member refer someone who joins, they will receive:
- 2 Spa and Leisure Guest Passes (worth £30) if the new member joins on a 6 month contract*
- 5 Spa and Leisure Guest Passes (worth £75) if the new member joins on a 12 month contract*
The Leisure Club Refer a Friend
*Terms and conditions apply. The Refer a Friend scheme applies to new members joining from 16th June 2025 onwards and cannot be applied retrospectively to any members joining before this date. Existing members must apply for their guest passes by submitting their referral through the ‘Refer a friend’ submission form on The Leisure Club website page or the Technogym app. The 2 guest passes or 5 guest passes can only be issued to an existing member once the first direct debit payment from the new member has been received. Once received, the passes will be issued in the same calendar month. Guest passes will not be issued on any other contract term other than a 6 or 12-month duration. All guest passes will be issued with either a 6-month or 12-month expiry date and will match the duration of the contract the new member has joined on. All guest passes will be issued electronically. Guest passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Leisure Club reserves the right to remove this promotion without notice.
The referee’s details will be used in order to establish contact between them and The Leisure Club’s membership team to discuss appointment availability and the membership duration. The referee’s details can be withdrawn by contacting membership@whittlebury.com. By completing the above form, the referer has explicit authorisation and given consent from the referee to share their details with Whittlebury Park for the refer a friend scheme.
