Food & Beverage Apprentice Level 2

As an apprentice, you’ll play an integral role in delivering outstanding experiences for our guests in our food and beverage outlets. You’ll learn everything from serving customers to maintaining the highest standards of service, with support from our experienced team and our partnered training provider.

No prior experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and a commitment to growthThis role is offered as a fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship programme and is likely to last approximately 13 months. There may be opportunities for permanent contract following the successful completion of the apprenticeship however, this is not guaranteed.

What will you do?

• As a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprentice with our F&B team, you will:
• Develop key kills and knowledge essential for a career in hospitality.
• Deliver outstanding guest service in line with our values and brand purpose.
• Support the food and beverage team in maintaining high standards to ensure guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
• Gain experience across the estate and a wide variety of functions and events, from preparing areas for service to serving guests.
• Please note that this list of duties is not exhaustive due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

To be eligible for the apprenticeship, you must:

• Be 16+ years old
• Not in full-time education (e.g., school, college, university, or another apprenticeship)
• Lived in the UK (or EEA) for at least 3 years
• Hold the relevant right to work in the UK
• Not have completed a level 2 Hospitality/Food and beverage apprenticeship or similar previously
