My passion for fine-dining has always been at the heart of my career, and my time at Murrays was an incredibly rewarding experience. Seeking to expand my expertise, I pursued a deeper understanding of hotel food and beverage management. In late 2017, I was thrilled to return to Murrays, building on its two AA rosettes and leaving my own mark on a restaurant that holds such a special place in my heart.
Terms and conditions
Please note that Murrays does not allow spa robes. Dress code in Murrays is smart casual (no tracksuits or trainers).
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in Murrays restaurant for evening dinner.
If you do not arrive for your reservation on the evening of your booking or cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of £40 per person will be charged to the card details provided upon making the reservation.
