Salary: £32,000 per annum

A rare opportunity has arisen in our 3 rosette award winning restaurant, working closely with a small team. We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our 3-AA award-winning restaurant.

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

The Role:

As Murray’s junior sous chef, you will:

Manage the Kitchen Department efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality of Cuisine.
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of all food production.
Ensure that stock levels are in line with Company requirements and control food stocks each month in co-operation with the Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef.
Ensure documentation, rotas, and other working papers are efficiently completely within Company guidelines and supervise staff in the kitchen department to be responsible for their well-being and morale.

Your hours of work may vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
