What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Self-care and wellbeing have never been more important.
We are following the most stringent advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and implementing protocols as advised by public health authorities including Public Health England (PHE) and NHS England for the safety of everyone.
Our employees, agencies and contractors have been fully briefed on the latest requirements and are working to ensure that the highest possible standards of hygiene are maintained throughout our business.
All of our facilities and services are open as usual and we are ready to welcome you.
If you feel you need an escape – or if you prefer to stay home, we can bring the spa to you with delivery of any of our calming spa products to your door.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations require full payment to make a booking. In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel your reservation the following terms apply:

Hotel Stays (Transient)

For any transient reservation booked between 26th June and 31st August 2020 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled without charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day.

Spa Days and Stays

For any Spa Days & Stays booked between 26th June and 31st August 2020 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival day.

Tribute Nights and Stays

For any Tribute Nights & Stays booked between 26th June and 31st August 2020 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival day.

Hair Studio

Cancellation of Hair Studio appointments will incur a 50% charge 48hrs prior and 100% charge within 24hrs of your appointment.
What is the maximum group size you can accept?
The Day Spa can accommodate groups of up to 16 guests

Book Online or call 01327 850489. Our Reservations Team are available to take your calls from 9am to 7pm Monday-Friday, 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

Outside of these times your call will be dealt with by our Hotel Reception Team and will be confirmed to you by our Reservations Team when the office reopens. or contact us at reservations@whittlebury.com

Redeeming a Gift Card
If you intend to make payment for your treatments or Day Spa Package by Whittlebury Park Gift Card, please inform Reservations when making your booking and bring your Whittlebury Park Gift Card with you to present to The Day Spa Reception on arrival. Failure to do so may result in full payment being requested.

Whittlebury Park Gift Cards only can be redeemed online. If you wish to redeem a gift card from a third party, please contact Reservations on 01327 850489.
Travelling to The Day Spa at Whittlebury Park
Directions to The Day Spa are available here, however our staff can print a personal route planner should you require it. When arriving at Whittlebury Hall, please park in the Hotel Car Park.
What happens on arrival?
For all day spa packages, we ask you to arrive by 9am and proceed directly to the Spa Reception. For all stay spa packages, we ask you to arrive at 12 noon (for The Ultimate Retreat package please arrive by 9.30am) and proceed to the Hotel Reception. Please note if you are late arriving we may not always be able to re-schedule missed appointments.

On arrival at The Day Spa Reception you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire, and given your appointment schedule and locker key for the day. We ask that you bring your own footwear (slippers or flip flops) for use in The Day Spa. Alternatively luxury slippers will be available for you to purchase at The Day Spa Reception or from The Day Spa shop, ready for you to collect on arrival or receive in the post before your visit. Please have your swimwear and other daytime essentials easily to hand. There are both communal and private changing and vanity areas.
I have a treatment booked. What do I do?
Your treatment itinerary will be issued to you on arrival. All treatments will be scheduled between the time of your confirmed and last treatments will be by 6.30pm. You are requested to check in at The Day Spa Reception prior to your first appointment to complete our Health Questionnaire. Thereafter, we recommend you arrive 5-10mins prior to each treatment time. Please note that should you arrive late for a treatment, this will result in a reduced time being available and in some cases could result in your treatment being cancelled with full charge.

Please note that for GELeration treatments, if you have Gel polish already on then you will need to book a removal prior to having a GELeration manicure or pedicure.
Age Policy
The Day Spa is reserved for the use of adults at all times. Unfortunately we cannot offer treatments to persons under the age of sixteen. Young adults aged 16-18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst visiting The Day Spa and will be asked to show photographic identification on arrival.
What refreshment and dining facilities are available?
Iced water and fresh fruit are available throughout the day with our compliments. Other refreshments and lunch will be served in The Terrace Café. A buffet lunch with iced water is included in all Day Spa Packages. Soft drinks and a selection of alcoholic beverages may also be purchased.
Smoking and mobile phone policy
For the comfort of all our guests, The Hotel and Spa are smoke free areas and the use of mobile phones is not permitted. A designated smoking area is available outside the Silverstone Bar in the main hotel.
Medical advice and conditions
Our therapists must consult your Medical Questionnaire and all treatments are booked subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. On booking please advise us if you have any medical condition or allergies in order that we may recommend suitable therapy.
Pregnancy advice
The Heat and Ice Experiences are contra-indicated during pregnancy.

We advise guests over 16 weeks pregnant to book our mums to be specific package and treatments to ensure you are able to make the most of your visit. Please note if you book an alternative package or treatment this could result in not being able to have part or all of the package or treatment booked due to contra indications.
Personal belongings
May we kindly request that you remove all jewellery prior to your treatment. Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa will not take responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or jewellery whilst visiting The Day Spa. We encourage you to leave valuables at home.
All prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change from time to time.

Whittlebury Hall reserves the right to change, amend, alter or withdraw treatments without prior notification.
The Day Spa terms and conditions
Please note our best rates are guaranteed when you book online, prices will vary when you book by telephone.

Full non-refundable, non-transferable payment required at the time of booking.
Offers apply to new bookings only.
Treatment times may be subject to change and include consultation, preparation, treatment and aftercare advice. If you wish to book additional treatments, we recommend these are made at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
All Bank Holiday Sunday's (New Year, Easter, Early May bank holiday, Spring bank holiday, Summer bank holiday, Christmas) are priced the same as Saturday rates.
Children Swim Times
Children can access the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult during the following times only: Thursdays 4pm - 5.30pm, Saturdays 5.00pm - 6.30pm and Sundays 8am - 9am, 5.00pm - 6.30pm
