Using your Gift Card is easy, decide when you want to go and what you would like to enjoy. Please have your details to hand, as you will need to provide them to our Reservations Team by calling 01327 850 489 to book and redeem.
Terms & conditions
All gift cards (monetary & experience) are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any balance remaining on the gift card at the expiry date will be forfeited. All gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be given. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase monetary gift cards or gift experiences.
Gift Card 20% extra offer applies to new purchases only. Offer expires on Wednesday 13th August 2025 at 5:00pm.
Gift card refunds
If you return an item for which you used a gift card as part of full payment, we will refund the gift card portion as a gift card and any non-gift certificate portion to the card used for the original transaction. Gift Cards connected to specific promotions are non-refundable.
delivery
Gift Cards and Gift Experience Vouchers will be sent either Standard 1st Class Delivery (1-3 days – £1) or Royal Mail Signed-For (1-3 days – £3) or, if selected in the checkout, by Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 day – £8). When you place an order, we’ll estimate dispatch and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.
Collection from our Main Hotel Reception is an option and will be available 24 hours after the order is placed, excluding Saturday & Sunday, where it will be available on the following Monday. Bank Holiday orders will be available on the following Wednesday. The items will he held for 7 days. Gift Cards (either monetary or experience) not collected after 7 days will be emailed to the buyer. Other items will be refunded and placed back into stock. All collections must be made with a proof of ID (driving license or passport) and a copy of your order confirmation, or collection may be refused.
