Lisa has been at Whittlebury Park for almost 24 years and is truly part of the furniture! She loves the variety in her role, from leading team meetings to giving estate tours and inspiring clients with outdoor event ideas. Outside of work, she stays busy with her two young boys, her chickens, learning Spanish, and her Peloton obsession.

Maxine Hollis has been at Whittlebury Park for 16 years, she’s passionate about building client relationships and bringing new business to the venue. Maxine loves the thrill of turning leads into successful events. Outside work, she enjoys family adventures, walking her Miniature Schnauzer, Vinnie, and escaping to sunny destinations, especially her happy place, Croyde in Devon.

Zuzana has been at Whittlebury Park for nearly 17 years, progressing through various roles across departments. Starting in Food & Beverage before moving into Conference & Events, Reservations, and later Corporate Sales, Zuzana now focuses on driving sales growth, building client relationships, and expanding into new markets. Outside of work, she’s a busy mum who enjoys running and travelling with her international family.

Amy Jelley recently celebrated her first year at Whittlebury Park, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. She loves the creativity of bringing clients’ visions to life, no matter how big or bold. Outside of work, she’s an avid rower with Northampton Rowing Club and a passionate supporter of Milton Keynes Lightning ice hockey team, making her weekends both active and exciting.

Anna Costea has been at Whittlebury Park for seven years, leading the C&E Sales team and finding satisfaction in seeing events come together seamlessly. Outside of work, she stays busy with her two energetic boys, enjoys Zumba, and has a passion for photography.

Kate Mullen has been at Whittlebury Park for 14 years, managing events, camping, and team support. She loves creating unforgettable experiences and the excitement of the British Grand Prix. Outside of work, she enjoys time with friends, godchildren, and playing in brass bands that have supported cancer research.

Davina has been at Whittlebury Park for nearly three years, ensuring events run seamlessly from planning to post-event follow-up. She loves building strong client relationships and bringing their visions to life. Outside of work, she’s always on the move, city-hopping and enjoying walks with her dogs.

Shannon has been at Whittlebury Park for 2 years, working as part of the reactive sales team and being the first point of contact for clients. She loves showcasing the venue to new clients and the potential our space has. Outside of work, she runs her own business creating event décor for special occasions.

Holly has been at Whittlebury Park for 2 years, planning and executing a variety of events, from large corporate functions to smaller family events, always aiming to create memorable experiences. Her favourite part is seeing the event come together and leaving a lasting impression. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and going to the gym.

Emily has been at Whittlebury Park for just over 2 years, organising both corporate and private events. Her favourite part of the job is seeing her plans come to life on the day of the event. Outside of work, she works with horses on weekends and has recently ventured into balloon decorations for celebrations.

Callie has been at Whittlebury Park for just over 1 month, handling inquiries for various events, from small meetings to large conferences. She enjoys meeting clients, showing them around the venue, and helping them envision their events. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano, walking her dog, and exploring new places when she gets the chance.
