Hi I'm Adrian, I'm a highly motivated and enthusiastic personal trainer with a successful track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals. 

I also run a number of fitness classes including Impact Fitness, Studio cycling, Kettlebells, Pilates and Aqua Fitness. In my spare time I enjoy training in taekwondo and rock climbing.
