Member guest information
We understand that members are keen to bring in family and friends and we are pleased to confirm the latest members guest information below.
- All guests must be over 16
- Members will be able to bring a maximum of 2 guests for £10 per person if using just The Leisure Club or £15 per person if using The Spa and Leisure Club
- All guests must be accompanied with a member
- All guests must pay a £10 or £15 guest fee or use a valid Spa and Leisure Club guest pass
- A £10 guest fee will allow guests to use the gym, pool area and participate in a classes (Classes subject to availability)
- A £15 guest fee will allow guests to use the Day Spa, gym, pool area and participate in a classes (Classes subject to availability)
- Any heat and ice upgrade is subject to availability and upgrade fee on the day
- All guests will be required to complete a medical form on arrival
Members guest pass information and pricing

- Single Leisure guest pass - £10.00
- Single Spa guest pass - £15.00
- Bundle of 10 Spa passes - £125.00
All passes are valid for one year when purchased.
Expired passes will be subject to an extension fee as outlined in our guest pass extension policy. Please read our guest pass extention policy here.
As of April 2024 we no longer offer leisure guest pass bundles.
Children’s swim session information
Please note, children over the age of 7 must use their own changing room when attending children’s swim at The Leisure Club.
Children’s swim sessions will be at the following times;
- Saturday 8.00am - 9.00am
- Saturday 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Sunday 4.00pm - 5.00pm
Booking information
- Members must book a children’s swim session on the members booking app
- Members only need to book themselves onto the session and then they can attend adhering to the ratios as follows:
One member to a maximum of 2 children (under the age of 3)
One member to a maximum of 3 children (over the age of 3)
Pricing
- There is no charge for children under 16 years of age
- Members bringing any guests over the age of 16 will be charged the standard £10.00 guest fee
Etiquette
- Ensure all swimming pool rules are adhered to including no running, jumping or diving into the pool and no shouting
- Please be respectful of other Leisure Club members who will be swimming the length of the pool and give way to these members at all times
- Children are not permitted in the sauna, steam room or Jacuzzis
- When the session ends please be prompt in leaving the pool area
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and when using the changing rooms
megaSun Solariums – Sun is life
As an optional extra to your spa & leisure experience you will be able to purchase tokens to use our megaSun Solarium, these are counted among to the top class of solariums worldwide with an innovative design and user-friendliness, combined with technical finesse. Regular exchange with doctors and health experts allows the engineers to develop solariums, which are unbeatable in quality, aesthetic, performance and user-friendliness.

*Please note you do not need to be a member of the spa & leisure club to use the Solariums and If this is your first visit you will be required to complete a consent card
