Whittlebury Hall continues the evolution of its enticing catering offer to both the business and leisure markets with the appointment of Craig Bennett as food & beverage manager.
Following the recent refurbishment of 2 AA Rosette of Murrays Restaurant and appointment of head chef Harvey Lockwood, Bennett’s appointment to the management team will help to further showcase the broad spectrum of Whittlebury’s offer and build on its fine catering reputation.
Craig Bennett joins Whittlebury Hall from The Belfry, where he was instrumental in the improvement of the F&B offer at the famous Sam’s Clubhouse. He has over fifteen years’ experience in the sector working almost exclusively for world famous golf and spa resorts across the UK.
Renowned for its weddings and conferencing facilities in addition to its leisure product, Bennett will certainly be kept busy as 2018 already looks set to be a record bookings year for Whittlebury.
