Important advice ahead of your visit

Date Posted:21/12/2020

Notwithstanding that Whittlebury Park is currently closed until the 4th January 2021 with the exception of our Leisure Club, the government have placed Northamptonshire in Tier 3 and we are therefore only able to accept bookings from members of the same household or support bubble who reside in Tiers 1, 2 or 3.

For those who have made a booking with us and are currently residing in a Tier 4 area or are from multiple households, we regret that we will be unable to welcome you at this time. If you are in a Tier 4 area or are due to visit with people who you do not live with, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you to rearrange your visit with us when it is safe to do so.

To ensure the well-being of all our staff and guests, we reserve the right to refuse entry to a guest or guests if we reasonably believe they are not visiting from a Tier 1, 2 or 3 area or are visiting with people from different households.  Refunds will not be given in those circumstances and we would please ask all guests to contact us in advance if you are in any doubt.

The advice for business meetings and events is that they may take place with up to a total of 30 people if reasonably necessary - for example for the purposes of work that cannot be done at home - if social distancing can be maintained and the venue can demonstrate it has followed the COVID-19 guidance. Event spaces can be used for reasons permitted by law, including for education and training purposes where reasonably necessary.

Whittlebury Park is committed to providing a safe environment for our guests and team members and have been accredited as a COVID-19 secure venue by VisitBritain and the Meetings Industry Association for the extensive measures we have in place.
We ask that you follow the government guidelines of 'Hands. Face. Space' when visiting.

We look forward to welcoming you to Whittlebury Park.
