In response to the Government’s update and new lockdown restrictions outlined on the 31st October, it is with a heavy heart that we once again have to close the doors of Whittlebury Park from 4th November through to the 2nd December in accordance with government guidelines.
From day one of lockdown back on 21st March, we have always ensured that we played our part in controlling the spread of COVID-19 by strictly following the Government’s advice - always putting the health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and guests first. Whilst this has been very challenging, both emotionally and financially, we will once again play our part to help beat this pandemic and therefore introduce a full resort closure in line with the guidelines.
If you have a reservation with us and were due to visit Whittlebury Park between 4th November and 1st December, there is no need to call, as our teams will contact all guests with reservations as soon as possible. Please note that we will be prioritising contact in a chronological order of arrivals from 4th November and that a very small team will once more be working through this second period of closure. We anticipate a high level of emails and calls, so your patience and understanding are much appreciated while we respond to all enquiries as quickly as we are able.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you back to Whittlebury Park in December.
