Main Objective & Job Role
We are searching for an experienced Assistant Manager (from a fine dining background) required for an opportunity to join the team at our prestigious 3AA rosette restaurant located inside a 4star hotel in Northamptonshire.
A good understanding of gastronomy, traditional and modern cooking techniques,
Excellent wine and spirit knowledge (Preferably holding qualifications such as WSET, CMS etc.)
Possesses exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop key relationship with all our guests.
Maintain a professional and attentive attitude throughout the dining experience.
Be personable, warm and engaging, ensuring every interaction exceeds guest expectations.
Main Area of Responsibility
- · Contacting guests to confirm reservations and discuss any requirements or occasions.
- · Assisting with the management of service,
- · Administration of Menus, brief sheets, product information
- · Attending and providing training to the team on new menu items and beverages.
- · Working with the Restaurant Manager to drive a high performance culture within the team.
- · Deputising for the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
