Announced on 10th May 2015, Whittlebury Hall are celebrating success after Nigel Norris, Chef de Partie for Murrays at Whittlebury Hall came a close second in the ‘Chef of the Year’ category at the Milton Keynes Food and Leisure Awards 2015, beating off strong competition.

Nigel has been part of the Whittlebury Hall team for almost two years and having never participated in a competition before, it was a great experience for him to showcase his talent and to represent Whittlebury Hall.

Michael Stott, Director at Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa, said: “The awards were a great opportunity for our restaurant, and our Executive Head Chef and his brigade to demonstrate the talent behind our fine dining cuisine in the award-winning Murrays Restaurant.

“We are very delighted and proud that Nigel has been awarded such an impressive accolade in the Chef of the Year category!”
