The role is to support the Revenue Manager in driving total revenue performance across all business segments of Whittlebury Park — including rooms, conference and events, spa, golf, and leisure — through data-driven analysis, pricing optimisation, and strategic distribution.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hotel reservations or front office who wishes to develop deeper expertise in revenue management and commercial strategy, without direct operational responsibility for the reservations team.
