Commis Chef

As a Commis chef, you will:

• Work collaboratively with the team to cook and prepare dishes for all food & beverage outlets
• Ensure all ready to eat and raw foods are stoted correctly and date stamped
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by keeping areas clean and tidy
• Assist in the setting up of banqueting buffets and TDH service

You may also be putting away General and Food Stores items, ensuring all food items are date stamped.

The hours of work can vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.

This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.
