At Whittlebury Park we believe talent can be grown from within… That’s why we offer a variety of Apprenticeship courses to build our future talent including:

  • Hospitality Team Member Level 2 in Food and Beverage.
  • Hospitality Team Member Level 2 in Housekeeping.
  • Commis Chef Level 2.

Our apprenticeships offer first class training which runs alongside your employment allowing you to gain hands on-experience whilst earning a full time above minimum wage salary and ultimately achieving a nationally recognised qualification. Our courses run from 12 to 18 months and offer a mixture of remote and in person training and start dates run regularly throughout the year.

Your journey with us starts as soon as you receive a job offer; from that moment we will support you to be the person you know you can be in your chosen career. During your apprenticeship, you will:

  • Be employed on at least £9 per hour on a full-time basis with 20% of your time dedicated to learning new skills.

When will I need to work?

We offer a 24-hour-a-day, 7-days-a-week service to our customers and expect our apprentices to work a variety of shifts to ensure they fully experience all parts of the business. However, we recognise that working different shifts each day can be a barrier to some apprentices who rely on public transport, lifts from third parties or have other commitments and we do offer a fixed shift pattern for those who require it.
