RECEPTION If the Paddock Suite is not open for reception please proceed to the Atrium Golf Clubhouse, down the drive on the left. Opening hours ~ 9am to 5.30pm. Any one experiencing any difficulties should call 01327 850000 and hold for reception or call the campsite marshall on 07934 441207 |
| CAMP-SITE NEWS LETTER Newsletters are given to all vehicles on arrival. Guests must ensure that they receive a copy and that everyone in their party is made aware of the content. |
| MAIN PLOT & VEHICLE PASSES Each pass is valid for the period shown. It entitles guests to a PLOT SIZE of 6m x 7m which is sufficient for a vehicle and tent, a vehicle and caravan or a mobile home. ANY VEHICLES OVER 6M LONG require a special plot ~ P.O.A. TICKETS must be placed in the vehicle front window and clearly displayed at all times. In adverse weather we reserve the right to allocate plots on arrival to avoid any damage to the site. |
| ADDITIONAL VEHICLE OR BIKE PASS Please avoid difficulties on arrival: - If you consider your party may require additional plots or vehicle passes, telephone 01327 850071 and check. Your additional vehicles, cars, vans, motorbikes must purchase a ticket: Extra Vehicles: - Can be parked next to plots if an additional ticket is displayed Large Groups: - Will need to reserve sufficient PLOTS and ADDITIONAL PASSES on a pro-rata basis. To ensure that plots are together please book in one name, or in a group name. Whittlebury Park reserves the right to move guests occupying areas larger that the permitted plot size and/or charge an additional fee and/or request the person to leave. Requirements BEFORE returning your booking form or arriving on site. |
| ARRIVALS OUT OF OFFICE HOURS / AFTER DARK To avoid disturbance to others, guests arriving after dark may be required to park up over night in the late arrivals campsite near to the Paddock Suite then relocate to the main sites in daylight. |
| ELECTRIC HOOK_UPS A limited number are available on the first come first served basis and can be booked in advance. PLEASE NOTE. 2 Kilowatts maximum. |

| GOLF COURSE Our Championship golf courses and Driving Range are open to the public. Visitors are welcome to play subject to wearing the appropriate golf clothing and by abiding with the rules of golf. Tee times are best reserved in advance with our Pro-shop. Some hire clubs are available and can be reserved with tee times. Tel:- 01327 858588. |
